Close cooperation with architects

On 10 January 2018, Leszek Marek Gołąbiecki, President of the Management Board of Unibep S.A., and Roman Kuczyński, Ph.D. Eng., Vice-Rector for Development at the Bialystok University of Technology, signed a letter of intent and a cooperation agreement between the company from Bielsk Podlaski and the Faculty of Architecture at Bialystok University. It is another agreement by Unibep S.A. with yet another faculty of the Bialystok University of Technology – previously, it was signed with the Faculty of Civil and Environmental Engineering.

A letter of intent and an agreement between the parties provide for extensive cooperation to be established regarding, for instance, the exchange of experience, the education of young architects, and the popularisation of wood as an attractive architectural material. Visits by lecturers and students of the BUoT Faculty of Architecture to the Unihouse modular-house plant in Bielsko Podlaskie will be organised. Both Unibep and the Faculty of Architecture will jointly promote in the media, as well as among investors, decision makers, students, and architects, the use of wood in the construction and architecture industries.
