Ideas for Eastern Poland development

Where we will be in the future depends mostly on us – said Jan Mikołuszko, President of the Supervisory Board of Unibep SA, during the opening debate of the Eastern Economic Congress in Białystok. – Let us not be afraid of challenging ourselves.

For two days – 27 and 28 September – in Białystok, a few hundred entrepreneurs, local government officials and scientists have discussed the potential of Poland’s eastern voivodeships, how to use this location and whether there is a chance for faster development of this region.

Unibep SA was one of the partners of the Eastern Economic Congress, the most important economic event of the Podlaskie voivodeship. That is why Unibep SA representatives – Jan Mikołuszko, Leszek Gołąbiecki, President of the Management Board, Daniel Górski, Development Office Manager, and Aneta Andruszkiewicz, company personal manager – actively participated in discussion panels on, among others, the construction of Via Carpatia, innovation and labour market.
