Galeria północna has obtained a structure use permit

Galeria Północna, located in Warsaw, has obtained an official structure use permit. The entire investment was executed by Unibep SA and commissioned by the GTC company. This is the largest such building that Unibep SA has ever executed. Leszek Gołąbiecki, the President of the Board of Unibep SA says: "This is not only a great piece of news but also appreciation of the cooperation between the general contractor, subcontractors, architects, designers, etc.".

Galeria Północna is the first, state-of-the-art shopping and entertainment centre in the Białołęka district, Warsaw. The investment was executed in only 25 months from the construction permit being obtained. The team of Unibep SA, the general contractor, consisted of 55 to 65 workers depending on the stage of project execution. Unibep's engineers managed the army of people working for the subcontractors. Ferro-concrete works were conducted by 700-800 people. Later on, as many as 1200 people worked on the construction site.  In the cumulative moment of the works and when the subcotractors' workers appeared on the site, almost 2000 people worked on Galeria Północna.

The opening of Galeria Północna is to take place on September 14 th.
