t is official - Unibep S.A. from Bielsk Podlaski will be constructing the shopping centre in Grodno. The investment project value amounts to over PLN 260 mln. The contract was signed on 14 April, and initialled on 2 July. The Bielsk company was selected to be the general contractor.
The ordering party is Trinity Invest Sp. z o.o. with its seat in Grodno (the Republic of Belarus).
It will be a big facility – traders will have over 60 thousand square meters of space at their disposal, while the office building will have an additional 5 thousand square meters for rent. There will be a huge car park for over 2,200 cars outside the shopping centre. The Bielsk company is to build the facility within 16 months. The investor was granted credit by Polish banks with KUKE insurance. This funding will allow for the safe realisation of the investment. Therefore, on 2 July 2015, the previously earlier signed contract was initialled in Bielsk Podlaski, at the registered office of Unibep S.A.
According to the contract, the remuneration of the general contractor for the entire investment amounts to almost EUR 66 mln, i.e. more than PLN 264 mln net (calculated at the exchange rate of the NBP).

"We have created a good brand with our eastern neighbour. As you can see, investors trusted us.
We are convinced that Belarus is a prospective market for us, all the more because Unibep is the only Polish construction company in the country, and in April 2015 we received a five-year license for construction and general contracting in the territory of Belarus.
