UNIBEP S.A. (Issuer) informs, that on 22 November 2010 r. it signed an annex to the agreement concerning the execution of the „Mozaika Mokotow” residential complex in Warsaw, which makes the agreement come into force. The ordering party is the Linaria Sp. z o.o. in Warsaw.
