UNIBEP S.A. (Issuer) informs, that on 8 December 2010 it signed a contract concerning the execution of II stage of a residential complex „Saska Kepa II” in Warsaw at Bora Komorowskiego street. Total building area 58 586,2 sq m. The investment includes 439 apartments.
