(Issuer) informs, that on June 27, 2012 received information from Warsaw Stock Exchange on conditional admission to trading of 94,500 ordinary bearer shares of D series of UNIBEP S.A. company with nominal value of 0.10 PLN each, on condition that these are registered on June 29, 2012 by National Depository for Securities, Poland and marked with PLUNUNBEP00015 code.
