(Issuer) announces that on 11 December 2013 the company has received a statement from Mr Tomasz Skowroński, regarding his resignation from the positions of Supervisory Board member and Supervisory Board President of the UNIBEP Spółka Akcyjna company, located in Bielsk Podlaski, from 31 December 2013.
