20/2016 | Decision of the General Shareholders Meeting of UNIBEP S.A. on payment of dividends for the year 2015
The Management Board of UNIBEP S.A. (the Issuer) informs that the Ordinary General Shareholders Meeting of UNIBEP S.A. held on 18 May 2016 adopted a resolution on payment of dividends for 2015. In accordance with the adopted resolution the shareholders will receive a dividend of 0,17 gr (seventeen groszy) per share.
