The Management Board of UNIBEP S.A. (the Issuer, the Company) hereby announces that on 9 January 2018 it concluded an agreement with YIT Development Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw (the Contracting Entity) for the implementation of a housing project located on ul. Klasyków in Warsaw (the Agreement).
