UNIHOUSE is a production branch of the company UNIBEP S.A., using the latest in Poland industrial technologies for manufacturing of houses. UNIHOUSE specialises in modular multi-family houses and residential estates of “turnkey” single-family houses

For those who prefer light and very warm houses our range includes houses with a wooden frame, produced both in panel and in modular system. In case of the panel system, complete walls, ceilings and roofs leave the factory and then are assembled at a construction site. In case of modules (new in the Polish market), the complete housing modules, with furnished bathroom and kitchen and kitchen equipment installed, leave the factory. Those modules are used for quick assembling of both single and multi-family houses, recreation houses, motels or commercial and services buildings. Frame houses can be constructed in Poland, but the main sales markets of the Company are Scandinavian markets, where construction of multi-family buildings of ready housing modules is very popular. UNIHOUSE holds Norwegian technical approvals for construction of buildings in the modular and panel systems.

In the spring of 2009 construction of large industrial hall for production of frame houses was completed. The hall is equipped with the latest in Europe German computer-controlled technological lines. The production capacity for that technology is about 500 houses or flats per annum, or ca. 50,000 m2, and that places us amongst the largest European companies in that industry.

Our advantage also lays in our own modern carpentry workshop producing stairs and wood joinery both for our own construction and to external orders.

To the end of 2008 UNIHOUSE, still as the limited company, was also an important property developer in the Warsaw market, where it constructed multi-family houses and residential estates of single-family houses. In 2009 the property development activity was transferred to a newly established company UNIDEVELOPMENT (with its registered office in Warsaw), formed by division of UNIHOUSE. In the spring of 2009 the company UNIDEVELOPMENT started property development operations and sale of houses and flats constructed by Unihouse in Warsaw.

On 01.09.2009 a merger of UNIHOUSE sp. z o.o. with the company UNIBEP S.A. occurred, and since then we have been operating as UNIHOUSE Branch of UNIBEP S.A. UNIBEP S.A., as a taking-over company, entered into all rights and obligations of the company UNIHOUSE sp. z o.o.
