The company Unidevelopment was established in the Unibep Group to conduct property development in the residential construction sector. It executes its investments in the market of the Warsaw agglomeration, where a number of significant and interesting projects were implemented. Its range includes both multi-family houses and private estates of single-family houses.
Unidevelopment is a company with clearly set directions for development and managed by the experienced team. In Warsaw and its neighbourhood it has real estates designated for next attractive investments. Amongst project executed by Unidevelopment in Warsaw there are residential estates „Strzelecka 1”, „Kakowskiego 9” and „Santorini”, and residential estates of single-family houses „Kwietniowy Zakątek”, „Nad Stawem”, „Złota Podkowa”, „Polnych Maków”, „Gardenia”, „Osada Brzeziny”. The company also executed a multi-family house named „Dom Pod Gruszą” in Bielsk Podlaski. In September 2010, sale of flats in the investment Point House, located in Mokotów in Warsaw began.

Zbigniew Gościcki - President of the Board, Unidevelopment Sp. z o.o. Graduate of the Construction Department at the Engineering College in Warsaw and postgraduate Studies in Project Management at Warsaw School of Economy. From the beginning of his career he worked in property development, first as a Project Manager at Echo Investments S.A. (1998 – 2001), and then he became a Project Director at Dom Development S.A. (2001-2008). Since 2008 he conducted property development investments in Warsaw, as a project management company. In February 2010 he was appointed the President of the Board at Unidevelopment Sp. z o.o. |
