The UNIBEP Group consists of:

On 21 January 2010 a contract was concluded under which the company MAKBUD Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Łomża, joined the Unibep Group.
MAKBUD Sp. z o.o. operates in comprehensive execution of road works, including ground development. Nowadays MAKBUD is a modern enterprise with its own road laboratory and the extensive equipment and transport park.
Acquisition of the company MAKBUD Sp. z o.o., operating in the infrastructural constructions sector, is of strategic importance for diversification of the income producing portfolio of the UNIBEP Group.

On 01.09.2009 the District Court XII Department of the National Court Register in Białystok issued a decision on entering a merger of companies Unihouse Sp. z o.o. and Makbud Sp. z o.o. with UNIBEP S.A. in the Register of Entrepreneurs. Following the merger, in accordance with decision of the Supervisory Board of 09.07.2009, the acquired companies will operate within the UNIBEP organisation as Branches with the following names:

• Makbud UNIBEP S.A. Branch in Łomża,
• UNIHOUSE UNIBEP S.A. Branch in Bielsk Podlaski.

UNIBEP S.A. on 14 January 2010 signed a contract on purchasing from the State Treasury 85% of shares in the company Przedsiębiorstwo Robót Drogowych i Mostowych in Bielsk Podlaski Sp. z o.o. ("PRDiM") (Road and Bridge Construction Enterprise Ltd).

On 13 May 2010 Unibep signed a contract with IMMOFIN MANAGEMENT LIMITED, with its registered office in Nicosia (Cyprus) and with GN DEVELOPMENT Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Warsaw, on purchasing 100% of shares in "GN INVEST" Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Warsaw.
"GN INVEST" Sp. z o.o. is a special purposes company established to execute a property development investment located at the intersection of Wyścigowa and Rzymowskiego streets in Warsaw. The planned investment has a design and final construction permit.

On the 22 December 2010 Unibep signed an agreement with Mr. Wojciech Ciechulski concerning a purchase of 100% shares of "Galeria Kutno" Sp z o.o. located in Warsaw. "Galeria Kutno" is a special purpose company established to execute a shopping mall located in Kutno, Lodzkie voivodship.

UNIBEP S.A. makes in-kind contribution valued at 100% shares in GN Invest LLC and 100% shares in G81 LLC to UNIDEVELOPMENT LLC (daughter company).
