The investment design provides for development of grounds of area of 3,823m2; the lot owed by the Philharmonic Society, on which the building will be constructed, is located in the very centre of the city.

• Building area will cover 3,358m2
• Total cubic capacity of the building will be 71,595 m3
• Cubic capacity of the concert hall – 10,800 m3; number of seats in the auditorium – 515, stage for 300 performers.
• Chamber hall– 200 seats
• Rehearsals hall – partitioned out of the foyer – 150 seats.
• Concert yard located inside the building with a possibility of roofing in case of adverse weather, with the auditorium of 150 seats.
• Conference hall – 50 seats
• Usable area – 13,670m2
