UNIBEP S.A. executed tasks as a subcontractor; BUDIMEX S.A. was the General Contractor.

Scope of works:

• construction and installation works for a closed-in building
  Reconstructed 19th century building is intended mainly to be a hotel and shopping and services centre.

Works in a restaurant were supervised by heritage conservators. The scope of works covers: northern block without the yard, inner yard, technical building and underground garage.

Execution time: from January 2004 to August 2004.
