Public offering for shares

A public offering was conducted on a basis of an Issue Prospectus approved by The Financial Supervision Commission on 29 February 2008.

The subject of the public offering of UNIBEP S.A. shares was 7,900,000 Offered Shares, including 6,700,000 of Series B shares from a new issue and 1,200,000 Sold Shares.

The Public Offering was divided into the Institutional Investors Part, in which the Company sold 7.500.000 offered shares and the Individual Investors Part, in which the Company sold 400.000 offered shares.

All shares were taken over by investors.

Issue price - PLN 9.

Dates when the offering was conducted:

• 18 March 2008  - subscription opening
• 18-20 March 2008  - accepting subscriptions for Offered Shares in the Individual Investors Part and in the Institutional Investors Part
• 18 March 2008 – subscription closing
