UNIBEP is one of the most robustly developing Polish construction groups, operating in the residential, commercial and services and general construction industry, including public procurement. One of the pillars of operations in Poland is the residential construction sector, in which the company holds a strong position in the largest domestic market – the Warsaw agglomeration.  Export activities of the Group focus on Eastern markets and on the Norway market – through operations of the Branch Unihouse.

Due to over 60 years of experience in the industry, nowadays the company competes with leading construction companies owing to the quality of cooperation with investors and to optimisation of design and technical solutions for executed contracts. The prestigious executions of the company include, amongst the others, the bioformulations factory in Orle (Russia) for the company Bioton Wostok, a shopping and office complex with the hotel Radisson SAS in Kaliningrad (Russia), residential estates Tivoli Park and Miasteczko Wilanów in Warsaw, and many residential estates constructed for Dom Development, as well as ALFA Gallery in Białystok that received numerous prestigious awards.

In recent years the company recorded a robust increase, over 11 times, in its turnover. Income on sales of the UNIVEP Group in 2008 exceeded PLN 505 mln, in 2010 it reached PLN 658 mln.

Strategic plans of the company include further organic growth in current sectors of construction activities, in Poland and abroad, particularly in the Russian market. The company also plans expansion in a road construction sector and development of new products, including light wooden modular constructions, mainly in the Norwegian market. We prepared new products for the modular constructions sector, such as, f.e., cheap one and two star hotels.

Since 8 April 2008 UNIBEP S.A. has been quoted at the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
